In order a shareholder to leave voluntarily a Bulgarian limited liability company, he needs to officially notify the other shareholders first and then this circumstance has to be entered into Bulgarian Commercial Register. I want to leave voluntarly a ltd company in Bulgaria
I have 25% shareholding the other shareholders are passive
The company has only land as assets and us not active ,
I font want any financial compensation ,.
All I want is peace of mind
My concern is after I die my children will inherit these shares that I and now my children do not want
What can I do?
